Dr. Dina Lebowitz
DDS, MSc Perio, FRCD(C)
Dr. Dina Lebowitz has been improving the oral health of patients in Brampton and the surrounding areas as a Board Certified Periodontist since 2007.
She earned her dental degree at the SUNY School of Dental Medicine in 2000 and her Masters in Periodontology at the University of Toronto in 2007. Her Masters research was focused on the Role of Rac in Osteoclastogenesis.
In addition to practicing Periodontics in the Peel Region, Dr. Lebowitz is also an Assistant Clinical Instructor at the University of Toronto School of Dentistry, where she is involved in the clinical training of undergraduate dental students in Periodontics. She has also had the privilege of lecturing for ITG, implant training group, in implants and periodontal plastics.
Dr. Lebowitz is an active member in the Alpha Omega Dental Society, Ontario Dental Association, Canadian Dental Association, Royal College of Dental Surgeons, Ontario Society of Periodontists and the AmericanAssociation of Periodontists.
In her free time, Dr. Lebowitz enjoys a variety of interests including travelling, volunteering, theatre, reading and spending time with her husband, Sidney, and their four children.
