Financial Policy

Our doctors and staff are proud to be a team whose primary mission is to deliver the finest and most comprehensive periodontal services available today. We are concerned about your dental care and want to ensure you that it is performed in the most responsible manner. In order to assist you with the investment in your dental health, we have outlined our payment policy.

Our policy is that payment is due in full at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept cash, cheques, and credit card payment (MasterCard, Visa, and American Express).

At each appointment, our staff will be glad to submit all claims to the insurance provider to facilitate reimbursement to you from the insurance company. 

If required, we do offer payment plans.  A customized plan can be arranged with the office staff.

In addition, our staff will submit pre-determination forms to the insurance provider prior to periodontal treatment, to ensure that you are aware of the plan for each procedure.
